In any marine based operation communication devices including staff call buttons are used to recall employees at the press of a button. Our equipment (depending on which options) might be ip rated tough compact for a wireless call button. Of course when used with paging software the communication is improved further.

While dect phones could be a solution we think that the call button is far more elegant than most other solutions that you might want to consider because of the custom designs we can offer and the unique designs available. If it all comes down to a choice of pagers, wireless, headsets or dect phone systems then clearly the custom call button will always be the first choice. Some solutions can be intrusive in any customer space but when you think about pushing a button on a device that is very aesthetically pleasing often made from wood then the choice is clear.


In most locations customers simply press the button and hey presto you have instant service. Importantly, these solutions are very easy to install and they do not need any specialist installation. But if there is any doubt about that LRS UK will setup the system to your exact needs and we can setup the units for free for all customers.

Of course there are more to these units than just customer messaging. For example, we have a unit that could be used near to locked display cabinets so that when entry to the cabinet is required it's a simple matter to call staff from a button.

We also supply a device called an OEM TX unit that can trigger a message to an engineer if there are any problems in the engine room. The OEM TX can simply connect to up to seven open or closed connectors rather like individual buttons. Each connection can be programmed with individual messages that can be sent to staff pagers wireless headsets or spcialised display screens that can be attractive ip rated and tough for almost any environment.
