From the day Long Range Systems opened just prior to 1993, LRS has been the leading innovator of onsite communication systems. In 1995, we invented the popular coaster guest pager and now provide more quality professional pagers than anyone else. We also offer over 35 other products designed to help full-service and fast casual restaurants streamline operations, improve service and increase sales every day.

Based in Dallas Texas we are an international company with sales/service offices throughout the world. This website is our UK office. We constantly listen to the needs of our customers and develop new products based on those needs. Not only do we provide the highest quality, most durable products on the market, we also offer exclusive products and services no other company can.

We were the first to offer: Lifetime warranty plans for peace-of-mind*; Anti-theft system for reducing lost pagers; Auto locating for finding missing pagers; and Cell Phone Paging to reduce pager loss and provide better customer service. And more recently we introduced color to guest pagers for messaging and an innovative text pager with colour also. These remain unique in the industry and have far reaching effects.

Today Long Range Systems is now called Long Range Solutions and changed the name in 2020 or thereabouts, but we have all of the world leading products still available, with the UK office offering a 3 year manufacturing defect warranty, and of course our excellent service and support.

When you work with LRS UK expect the same service and quality that you would get as if you were directly purchasing from LRS Dallas (HQ). However, here in the United Kingdom there are a number of changes we have implemented to ensure that LRS equipment is maximized for a UK audience.

Many products are utilised in industries here in the UK which operate in a different way than in the United States. We change the focus of certain products to be more Anglicized and as a result are able to meet more of the UK needs of our customers.
